Nudging: Wear dresses/skirts x4
COVID has turned me into such a slob! It’s become far too easy for me to spend my day in the same clothes I wore to the dog park or gym. Forget about hair and makeup!
And I know I feel better when I dress better. I stand taller. I walk more gracefully, like a dancer, feeling the fabric float around my legs.
So several Nudges here. I plan to pull out long-neglected items from my closet, try them on, see how they feel–how they make me feel. Decluttering will happen, and I will set aside some items to donate. I’m also hoping to hear Stacy London and Clinton Kelly in my head as they guide me in What (Not) to Wear to be my best self.

I love how much color there is in your wardrobe. I still remember that jacket impulse buy at Target, it was either pink or green….I’m thinking green. You were so bold! I will likely not be wearing any skirts, but I will try to wear shirts that require a bra vs. some workout tank.

I bought a few dressier things online (WHBM has my size pegged) on sale during the worst of the pandemic — a great excuse to get done up if only around the house to remind me of better days. It’s even nicer now to wear these items out in public!
